Dog friendly — yes, but a $10 fee for each dog!! Room is clean, bed was a welcome sight.

I rated this inn with four stars because it is pet- and smoker-friendly. It is in Bryant, AR. A Waffle House and Arby's is a hop-skip-jump from it, in case you want to walk a bit. The room was clean, had a coffee maker, ironing board, microwave, and refrigerator. Across from the rooms pictured is a small swath of green grass for our four-legged friends. When I checked in and out, the lobby and front desk was closed, so I can't say too much on them. Check out time, 11a, like most overnight stays. I was thankful that I didn't have to spend a lot of time going from inn to inn to meet my needs.

The bed was not comfortable. The coffee pot didn't work unless you held the button down.

Nice room. Clean and fresh. Not many amenities but good enough for sleeping and across the street from IHOP.

The room was clean which is always important. The air conditioning worked really well on a hot July day which is must for being comfortable and sleep well. The only problem I had was the bed being way too firm for my liking but some may like it to be fair. Overall comfortable stay.

This is by far my favorite hotel in the area. Clean rooms, great safe location, etc...But there is one reason that makes this place feel home. The front desk lady Dana is amazing and caring beyond words. Stay here, you won't be disappointed

The rooms were clean. Staff was Friendly. Beds were comfortable. Neighborhood was good. Close to great places to eat and shop. I would stay here again without hesitation. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is the blanket on or bed was very old and tattered. One corner was torn and missing and the edges were badly faded and worn. That blanket should not be in linen rotation. It was clean and smelled fine but needed to be thrown out. Also, my bf had to go get a plunger for our bathroom (not a problem. Things happen). But when he went the second time because it just wasn't flushing, no one checked that out. Now, my bf was a plumber so he knew what to do but the motel didn't know that. They should have called maintenance or had a manager look at it.

I’ve traveled a lot in recent years, so I don’t rate this five stars lightly. I’ve stayed in so many “cheap” hotels that are well over $100 that don’t meet my basic expectations: Safe, clean, affordable, and (bonus) quiet. This place on a Saturday night after taxes was $78 and met all these expectations. While the water pressure may not have been ideal and the sheets had some old holes in it due to the hotel also offering smoking rooms, everything was *clean*. No bugs, no questionable happenings in the area, and the only moment of loud was when the couple upstairs came home slamming doors (which has happened in the nicest of hotels) and, thankfully, stopped pretty quickly. I didn’t even hear folks running around in the morning or cleaning staff trying to kick us out at the fair checkout time of 11. Honestly, I probably would have slept right through checkout due to arriving late and how quiet it was, if I hadn’t set an alarm If you’re looking for the most bang for your buck, this is essentially the quintessential hotels I grew up with in the 80s that I had almost given up finding in recent times.
